Associates, Principal Engineers & Regional Management
Simon is a Chartered Professional Electrical Engineer (CPEng, NER) and Registered Lighting Practitioner (RLP). Simon takes pride in the ability to deliver integrated design solutions, from graphical lighting design concepts, supply authority distribution through to detailed fit-outs. His diverse portfolio experience includes transport infrastructure lighting, commercial, retail, hospitality, public domain spaces, luxury and high-rise residential, health, aged care and education. He is a member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust), The Illuminating Engineering Society (MIES) and The International Association of Lighting Designers (Design IALD ). Simon has been recognised by his peers through his lighting design work having received a number of industry awards.
Craig Collins, Associate
Craig has over 25 years' experience in the electrical engineering field, joining Webb Australia Group in September 1993. His experience spans design, documentation, site inspections and administration for high and low rise commercial, residential, hospitals and laboratories, retail centres, pharmaceutical plants, defence establishments and universities.
Ken Douglas, Senior Associate
Ken has over 25 years’ experience in electrical engineering and has been involved in audio-visual for over 15 years. He is experienced in various aspects of electrical services in buildings from specialist lighting to network infrastructure. Ken has been a Registered Communications Distribution Designer with BICSI and is currently a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) with Infocomm International.
Robert Hamilton, Associate
Robert has been an electrical engineer and lighting designer in the construction industry for over 25 years, with experience in both Australia and Indonesia. His project experience covers industrial, commercial, military, hospitality, education and prisons. His extensive specialist lighting experience has earned him several national and international awards in lighting design.
Bill Harding, Associate
Bill has over 45 years' experience in the design of electrical building services in Australia, New Zealand and Great Britain. He has extensive experience in high voltage power reticulation and is a Registered Building Practitioner.
Steven Lam, Associate
Steven brings over 20 years of experience in the electrical building services industry and leads a team of engineers focused on delivering practical, well-integrated solutions. With a background as an electrical contractor, he offers a strong understanding of how building systems function in practice, which complements his role in design, documentation, and project delivery from early concept through to final completion. Steven’s collaborative approach and technical expertise span a broad range of projects, including commercial, retail, education, site infrastructure, and healthcare/laboratory facilities, ensuring building services align seamlessly with architectural intent.
Craig Littleton, Associate
Craig has over seventeen years’ experience as an electrical engineering consultant, operating in both a technical and project/design management. He’s been a Sunshine Coast local for over 10 years and in that time has fostered ongoing relationships with a number of local government clients, as well as architects, project managers, facility operators and private developers. Craig has delivered projects ranging anywhere from the provision of miscellaneous technical advice, through to the development of strategic policy and technical standards. Through this experience he has developed a well‐rounded skillset that enables him to operate in a variety of technical and non‐technical roles, with a demonstrated ability for innovative thought and an appreciation of the broader organisational implications of technical decision making. Craig has a Masters in Project Management and is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) as well as a Registered Professional Engineer in QLD (RPEQ).
Paul Moro, Regional Manager Newcastle
Paul is a Principal Mechanical Engineer, joining the firm in 2012. Prior to joining Webb, Paul was the Mechanical Services Division Manager with Harvey Air-Conditioning covering a period of 20 years. Paul brings to Webb sound technical mechanical engineering design skills as well as a practical approach to both the design and installation process. This approach is well regarded generally, but particularly when dealing within existing, modified installations. Paul’s design engineering experience covers a range of project types including casino/clubs, health care/hospitals, commercial offices, residential, education and industrial premises. Paul has a particular interest in the ESD principles of mechanical engineering with energy auditing, mechanical controls design, Section J compliance and NABERS/Green Star documentation being carried out.
Marc Pirozzi, Principal Electrical Engineer
Marc has over twenty (20) years’ experience as a Consulting Engineer since completing his Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) at the University of New South Wales in 1994 and has gained an extensive range of experience in building services consulting engineering during his career.
Since joining Webb in April 1999 Marc has been involved in the design and delivery of both infrastructure and building services associated with many large construction, fitout, and refurbishment projects encompassing defence, commercial, hotel, residential and educational developments.
His experience includes encompassing design and project management of electrical building services including HV/LV, electrical distribution systems, specialist lighting, telecommunications/data networks, CATV systems, security and access control and fire systems.
Marc has been responsible for design and certification of the electronic and physical security for a number of government and defence facilities.
Robert Shafiq, Principal Mechanical Engineer
Robert has over sixteen years’ experience in the design and documentation of Mechanical Services from concept through to detailed design and construction review for major commercial, retail, health and residential projects.

Rob has over 25 years experience in Electrical Engineering and Lighting Design in Australia and the United Kingdom. He is experienced in a diverse range of projects including commercial, defence, education, industrial, infrastructure, urban design, historical and residential. He has a Masters in Lighting and has been awarded several industry awards in lighting design. Rob is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) as well as Registered Professional Engineer, Queensland(RPEQ).
