The Project Scope required integrating modern office facilities to an existing Heritage listed building. The services needed to be highly versatile to suit a hot desking and modern office hub style building for long- and short-term occupancy, and multiple tenants at any one time.

The existing Building was highly run down with more than eight separate A/C system externally visible around the premises. Webb Australia Group delivered a modern energy efficient building services design that is energy efficient, discrete and highly versatile which complemented the building’s heritage look and feel.
